By using SynthForge (synthforge.co.uk) you agree to these terms. SynthForge is operated by Alan Colbert T/A SynthForge, 8 Macbeth Road, Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland, UK. KY11 4EG.
The Service
SynthForge provides AI-generated music tracks for personal and commercial use. Tracks are generated via Udio and automatically checked against copyright databases at the time of generation using ACRCloud.
Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and verify it before using the service
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- One account per person — multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited
Credits
- Credits are purchased and used to download tracks
- Credits do not expire
- Credits are non-refundable once used for a download
- Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact us at [email protected]
Generated Tracks
- All tracks are generated via udioapi.pro under a paid commercial licence — generated tracks are fully licensed for commercial use including streaming, YouTube monetisation, and music distribution
- Every generated track is automatically scanned using ACRCloud against a database of 150M+ tracks at the time of generation
- Tracks that match existing copyrighted material are removed and your credit is refunded
- Tracks that pass the copyright scan are delivered with the verification status embedded in the file metadata
- All generated tracks are cryptographically fingerprinted (SHA256) at the time of generation — this allows SynthForge to verify whether a disputed track has been modified from its original generated state
- We make every reasonable effort to ensure generated tracks are safe to use, but cannot provide an absolute copyright guarantee — the ACRCloud check is valid at the time of generation only
- We recommend keeping the embedded metadata intact as it serves as a record of copyright verification — removing metadata does not void these terms but may affect your ability to demonstrate the track’s origin in a dispute
- Unclaimed tracks are deleted after 30 days
User Modifications
- If you add your own vocals, samples, or other audio to a generated track using our Vocal Processor or any external tool, the modified version has not been scanned by ACRCloud
- You accept full responsibility for any third-party content you introduce into a generated track
- SynthForge is not liable for copyright claims arising from user modifications
- If you receive a copyright claim on a track generated via SynthForge that has not been modified, contact us at [email protected] with your account details and track information — we will cross-reference against our records to assist in dispute resolution
Acceptable Use
You may not use SynthForge to generate content that infringes third-party rights, for illegal purposes, or to attempt to circumvent our systems.
Availability
We aim to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, UK.
