By using SynthForge (synthforge.co.uk) you agree to these terms. SynthForge is operated by Alan Colbert T/A SynthForge, 8 Macbeth Road, Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland, UK. KY11 4EG.
The Service
SynthForge provides AI-generated music tracks for personal and commercial use. Tracks are generated via third-party AI APIs and checked against copyright databases at the time of generation.
Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and verify it before using the service
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
- One account per person — multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited
Credits
- Credits are purchased and used to download tracks
- Credits do not expire
- Credits are non-refundable once used for a download
- Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase — contact us at [email protected]
Generated Tracks
- Tracks are checked against ACRCloud at time of generation — this does not guarantee permanent copyright clearance
- The copyright declaration on download is valid at time of generation only
- You are responsible for any re-checking if you modify tracks
- Unclaimed tracks are deleted after 30 days
Acceptable Use
You may not use SynthForge to generate content that infringes third-party rights, for illegal purposes, or to attempt to circumvent our systems.
Availability
We aim to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, UK.
